High Crimes

I watch an Anderson Cooper special on the War in Iraq. I wonder why the outright lies, gross mismanagement, betrayal of American principles and cronyism of the current administration have not resulted in calls for impeachment and potentially criminal trials. Bill Clinton was roasted by the Republicans for a far lesser crime. Sadly it appears that this president and his sub-ordinates will waltz off into the Crawford sunset and to lucrative careers preaching to the right-wing faithful. Power without accountability. Whatever happened to conservative principles?
